This deck of easy, happy craft projects is packed with fun ideas to enhance creative skills, encourage out-of-the-box thinking, and keep kids entertained.
Bursting with 50 original and playful crafts, See Make Play‘s activities are designed to encourage kids to discover the brilliance of their own creativity. Kids can make: Flower Necklaces or Egg Carton Masks to add to their dress up box, play with their senses by making Rainbow Foam or they can zoom off to the moon in their own Rocket Ship.
Each craft project can be created in 2-3 simple steps using everyday household objects and inexpensive craft supplies which can be easily found in grocery stores. These craft projects will have kids excited and crafting all year round!
About the author
Francesca Spillane, founder of See Make Play began sharing her adoration for art and craft by hosting workshops for the young and old, providing a safe and nurturing space for creativity to be celebrated and valued. In 2018, Francesca and Nikki Divitaris joined creative forces to expand the company and have crafted with over 10,000 children and adults. Francesca’s other passion is education, earning her Masters of Literacy and has refined her own brand of creative-literacy learning techniques across her 14 years of primary teaching. She loves designing curriculum and collaborating with clients and artists, beginning her own consultancy company in 2022. Francesca keeps the craft alive at home, pasting and painting with her son. She believes everyone should have a serving of craft per day to keep the doctor away!
Nikki Divitaris has been dreaming up fun and original craft activities at See Make Play since 2018. No idea is too big, too small, too silly or too serious for Nikki to turn into a modern, engaging and unique craft experience for kids and grown-ups alike. Nikki studied at RMIT, enjoyed a long career in fashion and textiles and has won awards for her concepts. Since having twins Nikki has been inspired to make crafty stuff that helps kids everywhere fully express their creativity, imagination and unique potential. Nikki loves getting crafty at home, and she is always ready to see, make, play!
